BSkyB Hires Investment Banks to Help Mull Possible Euro Pay TV Deal

The U.K. satellite TV giant has been in talks to acquire Sky Italia and Sky Deutschland in a deal that would see Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox retain a 39 percent stake.
