Keeping Up With the Kardashians returns with new episodes Sunday, and when it comes to the first family of reality TV, there are always plenty of storylines.
More so than ever this year, the Kardashian (and Jenner) girls have dominated headlines as their fame seemingly reaches new heights by the week.
Weddings. Breakups. Breakdowns. Relationships. Drama. From all we already know, the back half of Season 9 is gonna have it all and then some.
Below are five things to watch for this summer, whether you love 'em or hate 'em or you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online or live on E!
5. Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner ... in general:
On TV and online, audiences watch with fascination as the two youngest members of the family grow up ... some might say far, far too quickly.
Accomplished young women in their own right, the 16- and 18-year-old have teamed up for a new novel, clothing line and other business ventures.
And Instagram pictures. Lots and lots of those.
Nary a day goes by lately without some inappropriate Kylie Jenner photos or inappropriate Kendall Jenner photos generating major buzz online.
How orchestrated is this? How do their mom and dad feel about it? Are they in control or headed for trouble? Are they competitive behind the scenes?
4. The devolving relationship of Kris and Bruce Jenner:
The couple got married in 1991 and are still technically hitched right now, though living apart as their lifestyles have slowly, painstakingly grown apart.
While much of the family's drama plays out in the tabloids, this relationship has been kept largely behind the scenes, most likely because it's Bruce.
He clearly doesn't care for the fame Kris seeks. Hence the split.
Will this continue to be a source of strife? Are things actually more amicable than you think? Will the Bruce Jenner sex change rumors be addressed?
So many questions whose answers we shall soon have.
3. Khloe Kardashian moving on:
In the first half of Season 9, fans watched Khloe's marriage to Lamar Odom crumble with genuine sadness for Kim and Kourtney's younger sister.
Now that she's moved on, what can we expect from her?
We know she's dating French Montana and posting a lot of inspirational, cryptic quotes on social media, but beyond that, Khloe remains a bit of a mystery.
She's gotten her swagger back, yet keeps us guessing.
Probably just how she likes it, but KUTWK should peel back a layer we've yet to see and shed light on how she's handling this new phase of her life.
2. Rob Kardashian melting down:
Long overshadowed by sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, Rob has been the subject of tabloid scrutiny himself lately, and not in a good way.
If you even know who Rob is, you know exactly what we mean.
His weight problem has been well established, and has gotten so out of control that it allegedly sparked a huge rift between himself and his family.
With Rob's struggles, the reality show has a rare opportunity to get "real" and delve into what lies at the root of the young man's ongoing issues.
And what really went down at Kimye's wedding? Speaking of ...
1. The Wedding of the Millennium:
You can't have a show called Keeping Up With the Kardashians and not keep up with what was possibly the most talked about celebrity wedding event ever.
Kim Kardashian married Kanye West BTW. Did you know that?!
Of course you did, but like his epic proposal to Kim, seeing it unfold will be fascinating to watch, despite (or because of) the media already covering it to death.
How much of what was reported actually happened? Were cameras actually there to film the nuptials? What surprises will be revealed for the first time?
Look for the Kash Kow to be front and center in any kase.
