The couple were visiting a neonatal intensive care unit when they broke into song.
Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban recently visited the neonatal intensive care unit at Monash Children's Hospital in Melbourne.
While there, they serenaded staff and patients with a rendition of "Amazing Grace".
Staff at the hospital described the performance as "uplifting" and said some of their most vulnerable young patients were nearby.
