Goat Reunites with Donkey, Loves Life Again: VIDEO

Prepare for a goat and a donkey to move you to tears.


Yes, you read that correctly.


In the following video, we meet Mr. G, a goat recently rescued by an organization in California named Animal Place.


He had been living for a decade on the property of a “woman who could barely care for herself, let alone the dozens of dogs she hoarded and three barnyard animals,” according to the Animal Place website.


One of those animals, however, was Jellybean, a donkey with whom Mr. G bonded.


So much so, the rescue center said, that the goat refused go outside or eat for six days after he was separated from his best pal.


Therefore, an Animal Place employee drove 14 hours round trip, brought Jellybean to stay with Mr. G... and the resulting footage of their reunion will cause you to tear up. We're not kidding. Watch now:

"Never doubt the depth of emotions other animals possess," Animal Place wrote. "Mr. G’s grief was as deep and mysterious as a human’s. His joy at reuniting with Jellybean was as beautiful and inspiring as a human’s."
